Growing up in foster care presents some unique
challenges. There are many corners and pages for
you to turn. You have some rights and some responsibilities,
and we’ll help you sort through both. Getting
ready for emancipation can be work, but there’s
also a lot of fun to be had.
Are you headed to college? We'll find mentors
and tutors for you. We’ll take you on campus
tours. We'll help you apply for financial aid
and scholarships.
Ready to roll up your sleeves and go to work?
We’ll help you with resumes and practice
job interviews with you. We’re here ready
to offer advice, if you ask.
We’ll help you find an apartment and a roommate.
We’re here with resources, ideas and even
a shoulder if you ever need one.
Come make new friends. Discover more about what’s
waiting for you in the real world. Along the way,
you’ll meet a lot of wonderful people—people
you can count on…everyday.
